Omnichannel Fashion Venture & Manufacturing Operations
Built Elsyifa Fashion from zero as a women's Muslim fashion brand, validating demand through reseller and marketplace channels before scaling into owned production, omnichannel commerce, integrated business systems, and three offline stores.

Project overview
Elsyifa Fashion demonstrates a consumer-business journey from zero-to-one into meaningful operational scale. The business started without an established brand, product line, supplier base, marketplace presence, or customer base.
The early reseller model was used to learn directly from demand. Sales data, customer response, stock velocity, and live-shopping performance then informed the transition into owned products, internal production capacity, and broader sales channels.
The main challenge eventually shifted from generating orders to ensuring that production, inventory, fulfillment, systems, and teams could keep pace with demand without damaging margin or customer experience.
From reseller to owned production
After market validation, I built two primary garment-production locations and expanded capacity through additional production partners. This directly addressed the bottleneck created when order volume outgrew internal production targets.
Omnichannel and offline retail
Elsyifa operated through Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and live shopping, then expanded into three offline stores built from zero in Yogyakarta.
Systems as the operating backbone
I led the development of order management, inventory, finance/reporting, production tracking, warehouse, customer service, marketplace integration, management dashboards, HR/payroll, and BigSeller integration, connecting digital decisions with product, production, sales, warehouse, finance, and operations.
